And when you dare to look at one of those overwhelmingly incoherent spreadsheet monsters that some founders have the humor to call “financial planning”, you know why.
In the age of lean and agile management methods, it’s time to give inflexible spreadsheet-monoliths a therapy. About the speaker:
Ruth Cremer studied Mathematics at RWTH Aachen University, starting her own consultancy business shortly afterwards. After becoming a well-known member of Western Germany’s startup scene, she started working for High-Tech Gründerfonds (Europe’s most active seed investor) as an Investment Manager. Back on her own, she now uses her extended knowledge, helping startups, corporates and investors to model (digital) business cases and doing the according financial calculations and structures. She also teaches Entrepreneurship at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences and is the advisor of the German version of the TV show “Shark Tank”/ “Dragon’s Den”.
