A practical guide to learning development
Starting with my personal journey of learning to code for the past year, I’ll go into the history, stereotypes, and misconceptions of development, how you can get started *today*, and ultimately what led me to #1 on ProductHunt. This event is welcome to everyone ranging from prospective makers to complete beginners who have never coded before.
What People Will Learn:
* Why learning basic development matters for everyone
* An understanding of the timeline it took for me to learn and how much time people really have
* The basic history of development leading to unnecessary stereotypes and barriers
* Why it doesn’t matter what language you choose
* Practical lessons and tips for your journey
