Come to share your questions and ideas, whilst networking with other lady bosses. We are bringing back this really cool event to celebrate the amazing women who are building fantastic businesses in Dojo.
Steph Smith grew up in Toronto, Canada and after a degree in chemical engineering and a year in management consulting, she decided to design a better life. Now, she has been nomadic for 2.5 years, first as a growth hacker and now leading the Publications team, as the youngest member on Toptal’s executive team. After learning to code 9 months ago, she also creates things as an indie maker and has built 4 projects, one of which went to #1 on Product Hunt. She’s a strong supporter of women in tech and recently built FeMake, a Patreon for WomenMake, an ambassador for Women Who Drone, and a judge for the Toptal Women’s Scholarship.
Anke Graewer is the founder of SHINE-YOGA / Mindful Yoga & High Vibe Retreats. This is her passion project, inspired by years of Yoga studies, traveling, the love of modern spirituality, personal development, and community. She connects like-minded people in extraordinary Yoga and lifestyle events or retreats in Bali, Portugal, Ibiza, and Sri Lanka. Anke studied Media Economics and Intercultural Communication in Cologne, Germany and in Sydney Australia. She was pursuing an international career in media and fashion for over a decade, managing a 7-figure budget while practicing yoga to balance the stress. After a burn out in 2012, she made health and happiness her priority, focused on sharing Yoga, and invested her power more into projects for the purpose than for profit. Leaving the corporate world in 2015, she booked a one-way ticket to Costa Rica and followed the feeling in her gut. She founded Shine-Yoga and now lives and works location independently. Her mission is to inspire a lifestyle that elevates your well-being and her goal is to create experiences that fulfill your heart & encourage happiness. After living outside of the western world for years, and traveling to 21 countries, she has learned a tremendous amount about the power of connecting and being open-minded to new ways of life.
Jinny Hyojin is a global entrepreneur, an angel investor, a Linkedin influencer and a new podcast show host. She currently lives a fully nomadic lifestyle and currently does not have a place she calls ‘home.’ Her primary business, WANDR is a product strategy and UX design firm with employees that work remotely from around the world. WANDR has worked with over 300 startups as well as Fortune 500 companies such as IBM and Geico. Jinny has always operated her company location-independently since day one and she shares her experiences of running a multi-million dollar company fully remotely in her new podcast called Remote CEOs. She is most well-known for her story on Linkedin about funding her employees’ salaries on her personal credit card for the first 6 months of business–a story that reached over 20 million views worldwide in just matter of weeks. Jinny is really passionate about guiding and mentoring others to follow their dreams and hopes to start a non-profit one day to help young entrepreneurs from around the world.
