Our three lady boss speakers this February; Melanie,Clara, and Yulia, will go raw and deep on sharing their very own experience on self-doubt, how they tackled them and turned it into ways to find what they want to do with their lives and make the most out of it! Come, listen and share you own experience during the event. Lady Boss is back to celebrate powerful females at Dojo who create amazing businesses, and also to inspire and empower each other! The Lady Bosses:
Melanie Dupre was born in a small village of Normandy, north-west of France. Since young, she always dreamt big and was fascinated by big cities with high-rise buildings, people speaking different languages, but also by other countries, and especially paradise places with clear water and coconut trees as she started to travel to countries like Tunisia & Kenya at the early age of 4. She moved to the city side at the age of 18 to study marketing, then moved to Paris where she worked alongside big IT corporates such as Dell, HP, IBM with the dream to live & work abroad, and one day open a marketing agency. In 2014, she quit everything pursued her dream to move to Sydney where she found a marketing job and then started a marketing agency there with her business partner. She now owns a funnel consulting & coaching business with a team of 4, where she teaches driven people how to start their online business from scratch based on their own skills & passions so they could have the same lifestyle as her and get more freedom in life. Her motto: If you can dream it, you can make it happen!
Clara Pascual was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. From a very young age she knew she wanted to live and travel the world, so she would need to learn English to do so. That’s how she began her degree in English Philology and became a linguist and English teacher. She created her online teaching school where she and other teachers help Spanish speakers learn and speak English fluently. But Clara’s passion for helping others does not end there. At the age of 19, Clara attended a life-changing seminar that became a turning point in her life. At this seminar she began to believe for the first time in her life that she could create a life that she would like to live, and so she discovered that she has a tremendous calling to help others believe and create the same. In 2016 she became an ICG (International Coaching Group) Certified Life Coach in Australia, and since then she has been coaching and giving talks in countries in 4 continents. Egypt, Dubai, Bangkok, Sydney, Portugal and Spain are some of the places where she has given talks.
Yulia Karaseva is Founder & CEO of the Inbalansy Company. She is professional Psychologist, Business Coach and HR Consultant. A conscientious, forward thinking expert with solid experience in HR Consulting, Leadership Assessment, Outplacement, and Well-being. Professional experience in projects for multinational companies across Russia, CIS and Europe, including jointly with international consulting companies, managing projects impacting up 1,000 employees and working with global clients such as Nestle, Philip Morris International, Danone, Renault, Beiersdorf, Red Bull, JTI, Yamaha Motor, Castrol, Statoil, GSK and many others!
