I Gusti Ayu Dwi Juliani is a chef who has an expertise in Indonesian and Indian cuisine. She’s Balinese but has a huge interest in Indian food. She’s now a Head Chef at our resto, The Spice Journey. She’s a dedicated, professional and idealist type of person.
