About the speaker:
Tauras Sinkus is a Chief Habit Builder at 21 Day Hero and used to be one of the laziest people alive. But finding a way to build habits, every morning he wakes up at 5.30am, takes a cold shower, meditates, journals and exercises, all without adding too much effort into it. He’s 29 years old, originally from Lithuania, living in Switzerland.
