LADY BOSS: PIVOT TO SURVIVE

A pivot is a turning point and this simple word can mean a whole lot in making sure that your life not just survives but also thrives. It is like an attractive proposition, were to step back, take a clean sheet of paper and reinvent yourself. Sometimes we need to pivot in order to survive to respond to rapidly changing situations. This is not an act of desperation but follow your intuition. Some pivots might succeed while others fail, however, each time we pivot we learn something that guides us when we make the next move. Tolstoy said, “True life is lived when tiny changes occur.” So, if you’re about to pivot, take a note, make sure you join our talk, and get inspired by our three ladies Nita from Indonesia, Zara from Uzbekistan, and Noortje from the Netherlands, they will share their own personal experiences related to the topic.
