Being healthy and strong or being sick and weak is a choice. Lifestyle that incorporates exercise and good nutrition are possible for everybody despite limitations in time, physical condition or budget. In this one-hour yoga session, you will be guided through basic beginner yoga postures and some intermediate yoga poses by a certified instructor, Retno Utami.
*WHAT WILL PEOPLE LEARN?
-Here people will learn that to look good and feel good are achievable with minimum effort. What is needed is the right mindset and the discipline to do it.

*ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Retno Utami started yoga in 2017 and is a certified yoga instructor. She has been teaching private classes for seniors and people with medical issues. She started to lead a healthy lifestyle when she realized she often had acute headaches and gastric problems, and had to stop by the ER on her way to work a couple of times. Since then, she decided to transform her unhealthy lifestyle and began joining yoga classes. She fell in love with this mind and body exercise and obtained her certification to teach. Yoga helped her gain her strength back and at the age of 50, she was able to do push up and “caturranga”. By teaching yoga, Retno Utami hopes that she could help people improve and gain back their physical, mental, and emotional health.
